His bright blue and yellow water truck and its distinctive squeal of brakes as it backs into place is a very familiar sight in my neighborhood, where none of us have piped in city water - we all live off our cistern water. When it runs low, as it is doing now after months of very dry weather, you call in Mr. Water. Call a few days in advance, he is a busy guy. Mr. Water has been delivering water here for many many years and chances are that if you live in the Dawn Beach area, he knows which house you are and where your cistern is.
