What happened to Phillipe & Bill? Have they opened another restaurant on the island?
They decided to pursue other things. Philippe is now the head chef at Captain Oliver's restaurant and Bill is teaching. They both have blogs actually, which are Philippe and Bill
Thanks for the info and blog links. I'm in the states but travel to SXM at least once a year. I knew TK was closing but wondered where Bill and Philippe had "landed"
