One of the most important numbers in my cell phone memory is that of "Mr. Water" - Tony Williams. His bright blue and yellow water truck and its distinctive squeal of brakes as it backs into place is a very familiar sight in my neighborhood, where none of us have piped in city water - we all live off our cistern water.
